Middle School Football - Boys 6-7-8th grade

After a first quarter that saw the King's go up 12-0 and looked like they might run away with the game, the Sentinels countered with a 55 yard pass play to cut the score to 12-8.  The Kings countered with another TD in the 2nd qtr, by Cody Ratcliffe, and on the ensuing kick-off the Sentinels almost scored, except for an exceptional tackle at the 12 by Garrett Russell.  The King's defense buckled down and kept ECS from getting in the end zone to finish the first half.

The Second half was all SFCA.  Touchdowns by Seth Kearney, Cody Ratcliffe and Stephen Wilkerson sealed the win for the King's.  The King's defense was led by the line play of Penano, Nash, Wallace, Wiggins, Manes, Edenfield, Jones, and host of others. Cornerbacks Terrence DeAvilla, Luke Griner, Cody Ratcliffe and Stepehen Wilkerson, shut down the ECS offense. The Kings offense racked up over 300  yards on the gournd behind a great offensive line.  Fumble recoveries by Jacob Kluch, Whit Wiggins and Garrett Russel were key in stopping ECS.
